Refund Policy

Try Fauna free for 14 days first. If you buy a licence on this website and it is not right for you, ask within 14 days of buying and we will refund it in full.

Email hello@getfauna.com from the address you bought with, and include your order reference or licence key. You do not need to give a reason.

A team order is refunded as a whole within 14 days. If you bought more seats than you need, write to us and we will help.

A refund ends the licence. Every key on the order stops working, and Fauna on those Macs asks for a licence again. Your library stays on your Mac and nothing in it is deleted.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe. Most arrive within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

Outside the window we look at each request on its merits, for example if you were charged twice or could not activate Fauna at all.

Fauna bought on the Mac App Store is refunded by Apple, not by us. Request it at reportaproblem.apple.com.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
